North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign

Are you a state employee? You can donate to the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation (#3760) through the annual NC State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC). Pledges are made in the fall for the next calendar year. Contributions are deducted monthly from payroll.

Retired state employees can donate through the SECC by using the SECC Retiree Giving Pledge Form.

Help North Carolina families have healthier babies. Designate the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation (#3760) during the next pledge drive and you don't have to do a thing during the year.
